Grant Application

- This grant application
and all required supporting documents, such as IRS exemption letter
indicating 501(c)3 status, copy of most recent 990 tax return and, for
facilities with equines, a completed Veterinarian Report and attending Vet
letter, are required to be filed by April 1st of each year, even if you
have filed and received a grant in the past.
- All applicants must be
fulfilling the TCA mission of providing "a better life for
Thoroughbreds, during and after their racing careers, by supporting
retirement, rescue and research, and by helping the people who work with
them."
- All applications should
be typed or clearly printed for legibility purposes.
- Grant application should
be concise and complete. Please do not use three-ring binders or other
bulky packaging and do not submit videos, DVDs or audio cassettes.
- All applications will be
received and considered at our Board of Directors meeting in May of each
year. For all approved applications, grant will be processed shortly
thereafter, and received in June.
