Robin Malatino is presently a Managing Partner of The Signature Collection by Jones Clayton, LLC, a construction company in Florida.  Prior to forming The Signature Collection, Mrs. Malatino was the Chairperson and CEO of Saratoga Beverage Group, Inc.

In 1992 Mrs. Malatino negotiated to purchase the assets of Saratoga Spring Water (which had previously ceased operations) from Group Danone (Evian).  In 1993 Mrs. Malatino proceeded to take the company public and became the CEO.  During her tenure, Saratoga Spring Water grew from a start-up to approximately $60 million in sales, through both internal growth and acquisitions.  In May 2000, Saratoga Spring Water was named one of the "Hot Growth companies" by Business Week Magazine and Mrs. Malatino was awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year", by The Financial Women's Association.

Prior to joining Saratoga Spring Water, Mrs. Malatino spent seven years at Gabelli Asset Management Company, an investment advisory firm.  She was a vice president and portfolio manager and was responsible for overseeing approximately $250 million in assets.

Mrs. Malatino is also a general partner of Manhattan Partners, which she co-founded with John Gabelli in 1987.  Manhattan Partners is an investment partnership employing asset managers with complementary investment disciplines in publicly traded securities. 

Mrs. Malatino is a member of The Women President's Organization and Committee of 200.  Mrs. Malatino is an attorney and a member of the Florida Bar Association and an arbitrator for the NASD.  She is also on the Board of Honest Tea, a privately held beverage company, and the Robert Gamez Foundation, a non-profit that funds children's charities.

In 2003 Mrs. Malatino and her husband formed Diamond M Stable, LLC, for the purpose of purchasing thoroughbreds.  To date, Diamond M owns seven thoroughbreds and as new owners, the Malatino's hope to exemplify responsible horse ownership by being committed to providing for the long term care and retirement for their horses.  Mrs. Malatino is passionate about improving the lives of thoroughbreds.
