Undersigned hereby applies for a telephone
bidding identification number from Thoroughbred Charities of America in order
to authorize undersigned Registrant to place bids by telephone at the TCA
telephone season auction or live auctions to be conducted from Monday, November 30 through
Wednesday, December 2, 2009 and agrees to be bound by the Bidder Rules posted on TCA website:

Undersigned
hereby authorizes TCA to accept bids by telephone on the undersigned's behalf
from anyone identifying the registration number assigned by TCA. In the event of a purchase made by such
telephonic bidding, the undersigned hereby appoints and authorizes TCA, as the
undersigned's attorney-in-fact, to execute the Acknowledgement of Purchase
evidencing the purchase. Undersigned further waives and releases TCA from any and all liability
due to any action authorized herein or the use of, failure of, interruption of
or other interference of any telephonic equipment or transmission used by
undersigned and/or TCA in connection with the aforesaid Auction that may
prevent undersigned from bidding or completing any bidding.
